How to Pay by Check or Money Order via Postal Mail

1. Choose the plates you’d like to purchase, using the shopping cart feature built into this website.
2. When you’ve finished shopping, click “view cart” and print the shopping cart page. Write your name and shipping address on this sheet.
3. Calculate and add shipping for your order:
   • USA and Canada: $6.00 for the first plate and $1.00 for each additional.
   • Other locations: $12.00 for the first plate and $2.00 each additional.
4. Mail your shopping cart printout and check or money order (payable to Jeff Francis) to:
