PAYMENT. We prefer PayPal for immediate shipment, and also will accept personal checks or money orders, mailed the old fashioned way. Please make sure ALL payments have a detailed description of what you are buying along with plate numbers. No need to waste time and money to get a money order or cashiers check, we do not hold checks, unless they are for large amounts over $300 from parties we have not dealt with previously.

POSTAGE. We ship everything in USPS Priority Box Mailers. Postage to the USA and Canada is $6.00 for the first plate, $2 for the second, and $1 for each additional. Airmail international shipping (beyond the US and Canada) is $12 for the first plate, $4 for the second, and $2 each additional. We can ship larger orders overseas by sea but for one or two plates the cost of airmail is similar to seamail. For larger orders over ten plates, we can reduce the postage costs. Occasionally, we may ask for additional postage for heavy porcelain plates, New Jersey tins, or cast aluminum foreign plates.

COMBINING SHIPPING WITH EBAY WINS. We are happy to combine shipping of FELIX2 website purchases with FELIX1 EBAY auction wins so long as ALL are paid for with one payment.

SHIPPING TIME. Usually within three days of payment, but sometimes we are out of the office for a week at a time, and receipt of merchandise can take up to 2 weeks. If you need something urgently for a gift, or other reason, please state so, and if we cannot meet your shipping requirements, can refund your money. Please don’t ask us a few days after you have paid “where is my item?”

SUBSTITUTIONS. Most of the plates shown on this site are one of a kind, and there is a slight chance your choice(s) may have already been sold at the time you place your order since we purge sold inventory once a week. In this case, we will offer you a similar plate as a substitution or refund monies paid for any item which may have been previously sold.

WEB PURCHASE DISCOUNTS. For orders over $100, take 10% off, for over $200, take $12%, over $300, take $15% off . Orders over $300 earn free shipping in the USA or Canada. These discounts may not be reflected in your online shopping cart, but will be calculated by our staff before your credit card is charged.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. We will take back any item you have bought, no questions asked for full refund, less 3% PAYPAL fee if paid for by PAYPAL, and less any postage. We try and describe items as accurately as possible.
